PROJECT DATE | 2025

BRIEF
Live Nation’s CEO needed a social presence that matched the electrifying energy of the world’s biggest stages. The objective was to move beyond generic corporate updates and establish a “social-first” visual language. The challenge was creating a cohesive template system for Instagram Stories, X, and Threads that balanced executive authority with the raw, high-contrast aesthetic of live music culture.

STRATEGY
I engineered a high-octane visual identity utilizing a bold red, black, and white palette to cut through the noise of social feeds. The design leverages gritty textures and heavy typography to reflect the brand’s sonic roots. Functionally, I built organized Photoshop templates with strict 4:5 safe zones, ensuring seamless adaptability across vertical formats like Instagram and Threads without losing impact.

BRIEF
IMAX required a global launch identity for “IMAX Enhanced,” a new ecosystem bringing their signature theatrical quality to home entertainment. The objective was to architect a unified visual language that seamlessly connected diverse hardware partners like Sony with content platforms like Amazon, ensuring the brand felt premium across web, print, and events.

STRATEGY
As Lead Creative, I directed a sleek, high-tech visual strategy designed to bridge the gap between cinema and consumer electronics. I authored a comprehensive brand style guide to enforce consistency across the product website, digital campaigns, and massive trade show activations like CES, successfully positioning the sub-brand as the gold standard for home viewing.

BRIEF
A high-concept motion graphics pitch to Netflix for their “For Your Consideration” awards campaign. The objective was to prove the agency could translate cinematic prestige into vertical social formats. The challenge was adapting a wide range of visually disparate contenders, including vintage biopics, rom coms, stylized anime, and digital thrillers into a unified showcase demonstrating they could handle premium IP across any genre.

STRATEGY
I rejected generic templates in favor of “cinematic mimicry,” creating bespoke motion identities that translate each title’s unique visual language into vertical formats. I ignited The Piano Lesson with atmospheric fire, replicated Maria’s vintage film stocks, and mirrored Adolescence’s anxiety through rapid editing. From Hit Man’s playful character loops to Blue Eye Samurai’s sword-slice transitions, this approach proved the agency could adapt diverse, premium IP to mobile screens without sacrificing their cinematic soul.

BRIEF
Design a series of high-impact social media assets for The Criterion Collection to announce the Blu-ray and digital releases of iconic films like Midnight Cowboy and Paris, Texas. The goal was to create thumb-stopping digital content that honors the cinematic legacy of each title while driving engagement across Facebook and Instagram.

STRATEGY
I employed a bespoke design approach for each title, using custom illustration, photo compositing, and expressive typography to capture the specific “soul” of the film. By blending modern digital finishing techniques with the grain and texture of classic cinema, I ensured the posts felt like premium extensions of Criterion’s physical packaging, appealing to both die-hard cinephiles and new audiences.

Project DATE | 2020

BRIEF
Design a suite of premium social media assets for IMAX Live Talks to promote an exclusive conversation with director Christopher Nolan. The objective was to create a visually sophisticated campaign that highlights the profound influence of Stanley Kubrick’s 2001: A Space Odyssey on Nolan’s cinematic style, driving tune-in and engagement across Instagram and other digital platforms.

STRATEGY
I utilized a futuristic, high-contrast visual language dominated by a vibrant “Deep Space” blue palette to create a sense of cosmic scale. By seamlessly compositing portraits of Christopher Nolan with iconic imagery from 2001: A Space Odyssey—such as the HAL 9000 interface and the Discovery One—I established a direct visual link between the two directors. I paired these cinematic visuals with modern, geometric typography and structured layouts, ensuring the critical event details remained legible while maintaining a prestige, “event-level” aesthetic worthy of the IMAX brand.

BRIEF
Develop a series of high-engagement social media graphics for Prime Video to promote the launch of the Amazon Original series, The Boys. Working as a freelance designer at Hi5 Agency, the goal was to introduce the main character roster through a “Wanted Poster” aesthetic that highlights the show’s subversive take on the superhero genre.

STRATEGY
I utilized a diegetic (in-universe) design approach, creating “The Seven Most Wanted” digital assets that mimic weathered, tactile documents found within the world of the show. By pairing gritty textures, industrial metal-plate backgrounds, and typewriter-style typography with a stark, high-contrast color palette, I established a sense of urgency and rebellion. This approach allowed the character profiles to feel like clandestine intelligence reports, successfully piquing the curiosity of the target audience and establishing the show’s unique “anti-corporate” brand voice.

BRIEF
Develop the comprehensive visual identities and promotional marketing assets for a suite of Variety Corporate Conferences, including the TV Summit, Massive, and the Actors on Actors screening series. As the lead Art Director and designer, the objective was to create distinct, event-specific branding that signaled industry authority and drove high-value registrations across global entertainment markets.

STRATEGY
I spearheaded a top-down branding approach, ensuring that every social media graphic, digital banner, and environmental display felt like a premium extension of the conference’s core identity. By utilizing a sophisticated “prestige” aesthetic—featuring clean typographic grids, cinematic lens flares, and dynamic circular motifs—I established a consistent visual thread for each event. This strategy allowed the branding to scale effortlessly from mobile-first Instagram ads to large-scale conference signage, reinforcing Variety’s role as the premier host for industry-shaping dialogues.

BRIEF
Develop a series of high-impact social media assets for 24 Hour Fitness to drive new membership sign-ups and promote the launch of the “24GO” mobile app. The objective was to create a sense of urgency and motivation through visually aggressive, “fitness-first” content tailored for Instagram and Facebook audiences.v

STRATEGY
I utilized a high-energy visual language dominated by a deep red atmospheric glow and “smoke” textures to evoke the heat and intensity of a workout. By pairing dramatic, low-key photography of athletes with bold, italicized typography, I created a “speed and power” aesthetic that demands attention in a fast-scrolling feed. I ensured that key offers—like the 30% discount and app features—remained the focal point through a clean hierarchy, successfully bridging the gap between aspirational fitness imagery and direct-response marketing.
